We offer flat-rate shipping across the U.S., with free shipping on orders over $190 (domestic) and $400 (international).

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges.
These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in your Nuwa1997 order total.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for the latest import regulations before placing your order.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, Nuwa1997 cannot refund any shipping, tax, or customs fees.
In such cases, only the product cost will be refunded once the item is safely returned to us.

All packages are declared as merchandise with accurate descriptions and values, in compliance with international law.
We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or reduce their declared value.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
During sales or new launches, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
Domestic shipping usually takes 3–10 business days, while international delivery may take 2–6 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please remember: processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders will not ship until fully processed.
