We offer $5.95 flat rate shipping anywhere in the US. with free shipping for orders $50+ and international orders $200+

Please be aware that orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States. Nuwa1997 is unable to add these fees to your order before checkout. Since these laws and fees can change over time, we encourage you to check with your country's Customs offices. Unfortunately Nuwa1997 cannot reimburse the price of goods purchased, shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. If your package is returned to us, we will issue a refund on the cost of the product only. Shipping charges are non refundable.

All orders will be declared as merchandise with the correct description and value. Unfortunately we can not declare your order as a gift or with a lower value, as this is a violation of law.

Orders placed by noon PST are normally processed and shipped within approximately two (2) business days from the date the order was placed. Sales and launches extend the processing time to about three to seven (3-7) business days. Domestic shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-10 business days. International shipping times may vary between 2-6 weeks.

Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method.
