Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $190 and free shipping on international orders over $400.
Shipping costs for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During holidays, promotional events, or new product launches, processing may take 3–7 business days.
Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been processed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
- United States: 3–10 business days
- International: 2–6 weeks
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Nuwa1997 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs inspections, severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations arise.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Because customs regulations vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
Customs Declaration
All international shipments are declared with their actual product description and purchase value.
For legal reasons, we are unable to:
- Mark packages as gifts.
- Declare a lower value than the purchase price.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
Nuwa1997 is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise unavailable after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address, monitoring tracking updates, and retrieving their package promptly after delivery.
If you cannot locate your package after it has been marked as delivered, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your building management, or contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Once an order has been placed, address changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Nuwa1997 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges will be required before the order can be reshipped.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nuwa1997official@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Photos of the shipping box or packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned because customs duties, taxes, or import fees were not paid:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued only for the returned merchandise after it has been received and inspected.
International Returns
Customers returning orders from outside the United States are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Nuwa1997 does not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping costs for international returns.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected in accordance with our Return Policy.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse logistics, or package size.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
Tracking Information
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and monitoring shipment tracking updates after their order has been shipped.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package if required and retrieve it promptly after delivery.
Lost Packages in Transit
If your package appears to be lost before it is marked as delivered, please contact us at nuwa1997official@gmail.com.
We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment whenever possible. Please note that the final outcome of any claim is determined by the shipping carrier.
