We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be free of makeup stains, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, smoke odor, or any other signs of wear.
  • Include proof of purchase.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings
  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear and other intimate garments

The following items are also non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email nuwa1997official@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

United States

For approved returns within the United States, Nuwa1997 will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Nuwa1997 will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, including sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preference, the cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International

Customers returning orders from outside the United States are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Nuwa1997 does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international returns.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other import-related charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact nuwa1997official@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping box and shipping label

We will review your claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

If a package is refused or returned because customs duties or import fees were not paid, only the value of the returned merchandise will be refunded after it has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are non-refundable.

All international shipments are declared with their actual product description and purchase value. We are unable to mark packages as gifts or declare a lower value.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase.

Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like instead.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must still meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
