Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders.
To qualify, items must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. If your return is not approved, the item will be sent back to you.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Jewellery and pierced accessories

  • Underwear or intimate garments

  • Final sale or clearance items


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through our Contact Page with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


International Orders & Duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country’s laws.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid fees, only the product cost will be refunded once the return is received.
Shipping, customs, and duty fees are non-refundable.

All international shipments are declared as merchandise with accurate descriptions and full value in accordance with customs regulations.
We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or declare a lower value.


Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Refunds will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
