We offer flat shipping of $5.95 within the United States, free shipping on orders over $50, and free shipping on international orders over $200
Please note that orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and other fees associated with importing products from the United States into the country. Nuwa1997 is unable to add these charges to your order before checkout. As these laws and fees may change over time, we recommend that you check with the customs office in your country/territory. Unfortunately, Nuwa1997 is unable to refund the purchase price, shipping, taxes, duties or any other charges for orders not delivered due to rejection by the recipient. If your package is returned to us, we will refund only the cost of the product. Freight is non-refundable.
All orders will be declared as goods with a correct description and value. Unfortunately, we cannot declare your order as a gift or merchandise of lower value, as this is against the law.
Orders placed before noon PST will typically be processed and shipped within approximately two (2) business days of the order being placed. Promotions and launches extend the processing time to approximately three to seven (3-7) business days. Shipping within the United States usually takes 3-10 business days. International shipping time may be 2-6 weeks.
Orders are shipped only after they have been fully processed. Please consider the order processing time when choosing the shipping method.
